We are seeking an experienced female nursery manager to lead our nursery operations in Dubai. As the director of early childhood education, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and smooth functioning of the nursery facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily activities, staff, and facilities of the nursery
  • Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum activities as per guidelines
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of nursery nurses and support staff
  • Maintain high standards of care and ensure nursery policies, procedures, and UAE regulations are upheld
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare developmental reports
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
  • Create a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for children to thrive
  • Manage budgets, supplies, payments, and enrollment records efficiently
  • Hire and train nursery staff while adhering to Emiratization quotas and industry best practices
  • Stay updated on developments in early childhood education and safety norms in the UAE

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (due to UAE childcare regulations)
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Masters in Early Childhood preferred
  • At least 5 years in a Nursery Management role
  • Experience of managing a nursery in the GCC is preferred
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of nursery operations and child development
  • A nurturing personality with a passion for early years education
  • Ability to work comfortably within a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as a Nursery Manager
