About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ATRIBS METSCON GROUP. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality releases in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our Salesforce applications.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve defects, and to ensure that all bug fixes are properly tested and validated.
  3. Test Strategy: Define and implement test strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications.
  4. Investigation and Resolution: Perform in-depth investigations into quality issues to identify root causes and work with the development team to develop solutions.
  5. Test Automation: Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Own and deliver on the overall process and reporting, including test results delivery, analysis reports, logs, and key metrics.
  7. Design and Sprint Planning: Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering inputs from a QA perspective.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Produce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  2. Experience: 7 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  3. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycle.
  4. Tools and Technologies: Experience with test software and tools such as Jira, and test automation platforms such as Selenium.
  5. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Real Estate Experience: Good to have real estate experience.
