We are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our Global People Organization in the UAE. As a critical link between business unit goals and organizational people practices, you will drive alignment, foster growth, and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the connection between People Partners, People Programs, and People Services.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and employee groups, across multiple regions.
