Job Title: Registered Aesthetic Nurse

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Registered Aesthetic Nurse to become a vital part of our prestigious clinic in Dubai. The Nurse will be essential in providing specialized dermatological and aesthetic services, collaborating with dermatologists and cosmetic experts to ensure outstanding patient care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dermatological evaluations, consultations, and treatments under the guidance of dermatologists and aesthetic professionals.
  • Administer cosmetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform skincare evaluations and create personalized skincare regimens for patients.
  • Execute non-invasive aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Educate patients on skincare practices, treatment alternatives, and aftercare procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records and document all treatments performed.
  • Follow strict infection control measures and ensure a sterile environment in treatment areas.
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies related to dermatological and aesthetic services.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in dermatology, aesthetics, skincare products, and treatment methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse in dermatology and/or aesthetics, preferably in a clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering injectable treatments and performing aesthetic procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of dermatological conditions, skincare principles, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients.
  • Ability to work with precision, attention to detail, and empathy in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or training in dermatology nursing, aesthetics nursing, or related fields.
  • Experience with dermatology-specific equipment and technologies (e.g., lasers, IPL devices).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Arabic, is an advantage.
