Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of our projects. This includes managing potential changes, reviewing payments, and administering contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Change management and payment review
  • Contract administration and preparation of estimates and budgets
  • Liaising with the Planning Department and reviewing Value of Work Done (VOWD)
  • Reviewing and commenting on bids and contract award recommendation reports
  • Estimating value engineering options and lifecycle costs

Key Requirements:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • MRICS Membership
  • Minimum 15 years overall experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Middle East

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
