Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Rotana Hotels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, providing exceptional service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

This position involves working in a restaurant setting, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a professional manner, providing an excellent first impression of the establishment.
  • Take accurate customer orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any customer inquiries or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery, promoting a positive and supportive team dynamic.
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and encourage sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Experience Associate or similar role, demonstrating expertise in customer service and communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, with the ability to make informed recommendations and suggestions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to changing schedules and demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with ongoing training and development opportunities available.
