Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical expertise to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects.
  • Design, implement, and install solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to requests and tickets while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Develop, review, and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
  • Conduct regular Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits to identify potential issues and improve overall system reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer application, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex technical projects.
  • Willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience in database engines (Oracle, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL), operating systems (Linux and MS Windows), and cloud Infrastructure Orchestration Tools (Ex. Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad).
  • Working knowledge of application servers (Ex. Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere), DevOps techniques (CI/CD, Helm, Ansible), and Directory Services (AD & LDAP).
  • Excellent personal skills, including professional effective communication, verbal and written, and a customer-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with initiative and self-management.
  • Time management and result-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
