  • Un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en un rol de CFO o en una posición gerencial financiera similar.
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión financiera, planificación financiera estratégica, finanzas corporativas, auditoría financiera, modelado financiero, análisis de flujo de caja, fusiones y adquisiciones, y gestión de riesgos financieros.
  • Dominio de software financiero y herramientas avanzadas de modelado financiero.
  • Comprensión sólida de las regulaciones financieras federales y estatales.
  • Habilidades excepcionales en planificación estratégica, con la capacidad de impulsar la estrategia y dirección financiera.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, con una capacidad comprobada para gestionar un equipo y mejorar el rendimiento financiero.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de presentar información financiera compleja de manera clara y concisa.
  • Experiencia en la industria de fabricación de cannabis es imprescindible.
