  3. Proficient in estimation software and MS Office Suite, with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
