Role Overview:

The Installation Engineer is responsible for guiding and supporting the Installation and AMC Services Team in executing various maintenance tasks related to security systems. This includes performing routine maintenance, site evaluations, inspections, and both reactive and proactive services. The role also involves ensuring compliance with authority inspections and approvals in accordance with ADMCC/SIRA regulations, all while maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding professional work standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Security System Installation and AMC services.
  • Adhere to all SIRA/ADMCC requirements.
  • Familiarize yourself with the specific project and AMC requirements across various disciplines.
  • Complete daily tasks and assigned PPMs punctually without escalations.
  • Troubleshoot all types of security systems under maintenance within the agreed SLA.
  • Provide clients with education on the usage and maintenance of their devices.
  • Keep the business updated with necessary reports and documentation.

Essential Skills for Success:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and customer service skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Security and various ELV Systems, including CCTV, ACS, Wi-Fi, Data, Voice, Barriers, Intercom, Signage, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • SIRA/ADMCC Certification.
