Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our Operations team in the Middle East and North Africa. The successful candidate will provide strategic support to our customer service centers, executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of human resources experience, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and applications. They will be responsible for responding to employee inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for employees. Additionally, they will provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries
  • Ensure accurate employee documentation
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for employees, escalating as necessary
  • Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems
  • Audit and analyze key findings
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Perform project tasks as directed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
