Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage electrical systems under 400V, including grid code knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to channel partners on residential and commercial and industrial PV and energy storage systems.
  • After-Sales Service: Provide timely and effective after-sales service to key customers via telephone and written communication.
  • Commissioning and Field Services: Develop initial commissioning plans, coordinate commissioning activities, and conduct field services with the team and service partners.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Conduct fault diagnosis and repairs at the workshop and remotely monitor systems for basic O&M and warranty work.
