We are currently recruiting an experienced Data Entry Clerk to be based in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to the Admin Team Lead, the main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  1. Collection of data for entry from relevant IT-applications;
  2. Authenticating correctness of collected data;
  3. Processing valid data for entry and uploading it into authorities' systems;
  4. Escalating erroneous data to concerned departments for correction;
  5. Maintaining an efficient and effective record management system for data;
  6. Generating reports for inquiries regarding entered data and erroneous data.

This position requires a strong attention to details, including the ability to operate various work processing software and spreadsheets. Additionally, experience in data entry or relevant positions is highly valued. Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as planning and organizing abilities, are also essential. Fluent English speakers with Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
