Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sector head to drive/optimize value creation in portfolio companies
  • Identifying portfolio company value creation opportunities through consistently refreshed shareholder opinions/value creation plans
  • Acting as key interface in relationship with portfolio companies (Board/executive team) to drive value creation plans to execution
  • Ensuring EIA decision rights (according to DoA) are executed
  • Identifying portfolio company synergies and overseeing implementation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mastery's degree in Economics, STEM, or other relevant fields
  • Relevant professional certificates are an advantage
  • 4+ years' experience in various sectors such as Telecom, Transport & Logistics, Energy, Financial Services, Education, healthcare, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in M&A projects (e.g., corporate M&A)
