Residential Facility Manager

The Residential Facility Manager will oversee the overall operations of the village/residential facility. This includes supervising in-house/out-sourced functions such as housing, catering, maintenance, housekeeping, recreation, front office, safety & security, etc. to ensure optimal camp performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall operations of the village/residential facility
- Supervise in-house/out-sourced functions
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory legislation
- Maintain high-quality meals and services through close collaboration with catering and related sections
- Ensure readiness and allotment of rooms and facilities to residents in a timely manner
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols
- Develop and operate within an operating budget
The ideal candidate will have 13-15 years of experience in the same field, with the last 5 years in a supervisory role in 5-star Hotels, Resorts, or housing services or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, with a course in Camp Management being an added advantage.
