At Segula Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager-Water Infrastructure to lead our water treatment plants, pumping stations, and transportation networks projects.
Main Responsibilities- Directs and manages the project Detailed Design review up to project completion as per agreement.
- Responsible for ensuring Contract / Agreement implementation and supporting clients as appropriate.
- Directs the team and manages Project Scope, Contract Budget, Cash Flow, Resources, Schedule, Quality of deliverables, and Stakeholders.
- Plans with Team Leads and schedules workload and resources in line with the project schedule.
- Organizes/project-manages Project meetings (internal and external) and review workshops.
- Effectively communicates Project expectations and Client requirements to Team Leads/Members.
- Supervises Weekly and Monthly progress reporting with assistance from project services team.
- Conducts weekly meetings with Contractor and Stakeholders (as required) and records the MoM.
- Project monitoring and control with support of project services team.
- Ensures interfaces between all disciplines are incorporated where required to achieve project objectives.
- Conducts frequent site visits and appraisals of matters with critical focus on HSE, Quality, and Schedule.
- Maintains compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC procedures, performance standards, and specifications.
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in a multicultural environment.
- Showcases leadership skills.
- Evidences Time Management, Problem-solving, Decision Making, and Client Management Skills.
- Demonstrates maturity, proactivity, and organization.
- Demonstrates systematic, methodical approach and ability to work well under pressure.

- Holds high awareness of safe working practices associated with the design, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of large-scale water treatment plants, pumping stations, and transportation networks.
- Able to communicate and work with different engineering disciplines in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Basic MS Project and Primavera skills.
- Possesses minimum bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control or Industrial Engineering from a recognized University.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
