- **Guest Services**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, escorting them to their rooms and familiarizing them with hotel amenities.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, preferences, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Offer personalized recommendations and assistance with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions.
- Maintain a professional and discreet presence while interacting with guests, ensuring their privacy and comfort at all times.
- **Butler Services**:

- Provide personalized butler services, including unpacking and packing luggage, pressing garments, and arranging in-room amenities.
- Coordinate room service orders, dining reservations, and special requests, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Offer turndown service, preparing rooms for evening occupancy and providing additional amenities as requested.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- **Concierge Duties**:

- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
- Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven vehicles, as requested by guests.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, tour bookings, and other recreational activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of special events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure all event-related services, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and décor, are delivered according to the guest's specifications.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with hotel staff and departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and interactions, using the hotel's guest relationship management system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar hospitality role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and provide personalized service to guests.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the high standards of the hotel brand.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest issues and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the hotel and its guests.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the hotel's guest demographics.
