**About The Role**

At Atlantis Dubai, we strive to create a destination experience that is not only unforgettable throughout each customer’s stay, but truly memorable for a lifetime. The Team Leader, Guest Recreation oversees the recreation operations in the Hotel, including buggies and Aquaventure. They ensure that areas are well maintained, prepared for the guests, and that guests are assisted at all times. Team Leader Guest Recreation ensures that all outdoor guest areas are operated as per resort standards. In addition, the ability to set up and carry out guest activity programs, as well as hosting corporate team building programs.

**About The You**

The Team Leader, Guest Recreation has a diverse group of responsibilities that include overseeing day to day operations in Aquaventure Waterpark, beach, pools and buggy operations. The Team Leader, Guest Recreation also ensures resort standards are adhered to and maintained by all team members as well as being responsible for the development and performance of Attendants, Aquaventure.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a previous experience within recreation, theme parks, or similar operations including management of a large team.
