IT Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Network Administration: Manage and administer the office network, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Microsoft Administration: Oversee Microsoft systems administration, including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365 administration.
- Hardware Administration: Manage hardware infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and other network devices.
- System Auditing: Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies, identify vulnerabilities, and implement necessary security measures.
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for both hardware and software issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system setups, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience 2 years in IT administration roles, with expertise in network administration, Microsoft systems administration, and hardware/software administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in network management tools, Microsoft server technologies, hardware troubleshooting, system auditing techniques, and security protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
