Hire, train, develop and succeed high performing and result driven team members

Understand and manage Product Knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members.

Assess customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business

Perform monthly cycle counts and organize personnel for all quarterly inventories as required

Implement and process incoming and outgoing materials

Work with Senior Operations Manager to maintain inventory levels that will assure uninterruptible supply

Check inventory receipt documents and advise any discrepancies to management in a timely manner. Including timely receipt of same into the computer system.

Train personnel in proper standard operating procedures

Assist drivers with loading their trucks as required and assist pick-up suppliers in a prompt, safe and courteous manner

Ensure compliance with QAQC and logs (sample, receiving, packaging).

Prepare stock and paperwork for intercompany loads, including daily check of inventory levels for bulk and package

Timely communications with Operations Personnel, Dispatchers, and assist them as required

Maintain a clean and safe facility.

Assist in achieving all stores related KPI goals on a monthly basis.

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Performing a daily inspection of the store grounds.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Oil & Gas: 6 years (required)
- Fabrication: 5 years (required)
