_**URGENT REQUIREMENT**_

**Recruitment Executive**

**Ideal incumbent**:

- Proven working experience in Recruitment OR Outsourcing industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Recruitment and Outsourcing experience in UAE.
- Good understanding of entire Recruitment processes for UAE and Overseas.
- Maintaining strategic and effective business relationship with Clients.
- Understanding of bulk hiring (Blue collar and White collar).
- Experienced in preparing Recruitment Business Proposals and PPT presentation.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree holder, any professional certification would be an asset.
- Can join immediately.
- Able to work well under pressure & can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic language would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Preference will be given to dependent visa holders (i-e. Husband or Father visa sponsorship).
