- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance management strategies that support the company’s objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Oversee and enhance the performance appraisal system, ensuring it effectively evaluates employee performance, identifies training needs, and fosters professional growth and development.
- Implement performance-related feedback and reward mechanisms that align with company goals and motivate employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner, with strong experience in performance management systems including the development, implementation, and improvement of these systems to drive organizational success.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to leverage technology to enhance performance management processes.
- Strong understanding of labor law, HR best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Demonstrated ability to architect HR strategies and influence leadership thinking around performance management and employee engagement.
- In-depth experience in managing recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits, with a keen focus on optimizing performance and productivity.
