and are currently looking for a confident and experienced SOC Analyst.

accessible to everyone.

**The Job**
As the SOC Analyst, the responsibilities include (and not limited to):

- Developing the SOC as an offering to market.
- Implementing new technology to support SOC customers.
- Managing incidents and tuning the system to improve.
- Driving the SOC performance to be best in the business.
- On-boarding new customers and their devices
- Talking to potential new customers about our SOC capability.
- Using existing connections to help grow the function.
- Will require some travelling to Client sites.
- Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support, and dealing with customer
queries or requirements.
- Managing customer licenses.
- Migrating from one web/DNS hosting provider to another.

**About you**
- At least 1 year of experience or in a similar role.
- Arabic speaking (desirable)
- Honest, Confident and Entrepreneurial.
- You are passionate about digital/technology.
- You take pride in your work.
- You enjoy solving problems.
- You work well within a diverse team and independently.
- You are keen to learn new and innovative technologies.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting
work (required)

**Experience/Skills**
- Cyber Security: 1 year (required)
- Azure Sentinel: 1 year (required)
- Azure/Microsoft 365 Lighthouse: 1 year (required)
- Using a range of SIEM/SOAR tools for analysis, monitoring, and
detection: 1 year (required)
- Producing remediation plans: 1 year (required)
- IT Support: 1 year (required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing (Preferable)
- Understanding of web hosting and DNS hosting, and migration
(Preferable)
