**Summary**:The Supply Chain Planner primary focus will be on efficiently managing the supply of assigned Product Group by liaising with the Contract Manufacturers end ensuring the timely stock availability as per Lead time including Capacity Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Distribution Requirement Planning(DRP) while also collaborating across functions to ensure effective cross-functional coordination.

Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of on-time service performance, meeting the business inventory targets, efficient capacity utilization, and accurate FG and Material Planning.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for End-to-End Supply Planning of assigned Product Group with Contract Manufacturers and component suppliers and deployment of FG across different DCs.
- Responsible for mid-term & long-term Capacity Planning of assigned Product Group.
- Contribute in global DRP process whilst being responsible for our global inventory deployment strategy to each DC to ensure the highest level of service.
- Manage the Material Requirement Planning to ensure the component's availability for timely production of FG
- Responsible for ensuring the supply of New products to meet launch dates while optimizing costs and maintaining consistent supply on existing SKUs
- Proactively identify Supply issues (Out of stock, capacity limit reach, or product aging risk), propose and evaluate mitigation scenarios, and ensure the execution of the selected one.
- Perform weekly root cause analysis of shortages and provide detailed corrective/preventive action plans
- Key contributor to S&OP business cycle; identifying R&O through the Business Planning Cycle focused on supply, capacity and inventory positions to achieve service levels.
- Execute strategies for meeting supply chain targets/ KPIs including but not limited to perfect order performance, OTIF, inventory turns, product availability, stock-outs, and SLOB inventory.
- Participate in cross-functional manufacturer and vendor reviews, driving vendor operational improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors/University degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of Supply Planning/Materials Planning experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in DDMRP(Demand Driven Requirements Planning) is a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity with numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints.
- Critical thinking - ensuring all plans are thoroughly prepared and all eventualities considered
- Ability to act on initiative and take ownership of projects and tasks as an individual contributor
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
