- **Primary Responsibilities**:_

1. **Forklift operations** in the warehouse.

2. Receive consignment from Supplier, verify and perform the receiving inspection, make a good receipt in **ERP,** store the received parts in the rack in proper bins identification & Label.

3. Receive customer Parts/Engine, Verify the quantity/for any shipping damage, communicate to the operation team and assign proper marking /labels on the boxes/container.

4. Release/issue stock materials as per Service manager-approved requisition to the operators and update the ERP System daily without fail.

5. Communicate daily between production and procurement on key consumable levels.

6. Ensure procedures for goods received are maintained with correct documentation (certificates, delivery notes, packing list, BOE, invoices, etc., are in ERP).

7. Ensure that materials received are stacked accordingly and safely with labels and codes. For materials with shelf-life arrangement must be in first-in-first-out order.

8. Identify and list materials that are in low quantity and of critical level and alert procurement to initiate orders to suppliers.

9. Clean and maintain the proper housekeeping of the store and related areas.

10. Generate/prepare delivery notes for materials that are ready for dispatch.

11. Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

12. Maintain and update the ERP System, ensuring all postings (Goods Receipt and goods issue) are entered on time.

13. Support procurement to source the consumables from the local market.

14. Maintain the ERP Stock versus Physical inventory of IER store items of target > 99.5% level.

15. Support the Department manager and finance team on the yearly inventory audit.

**Competencies**:

- Diploma in warehouse management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics preferably in JAFZA. **Experience in light industrial gas turbines and aero derivatives** is an advantage.
- Additional Training knowledge such as Chemical Handling, Forklift Driving and heavy lifting.
- Conversant with ERP Systems such as Odoo and SAP.
- Highly skilled with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and oral knowledge in the English and Hindi.
- Physically fit.

**Salary**: From AED6,000.00 per month
