Instructor Piping

1. Supervise day-to-day operations assigned for the Ducting & Insulation team to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

2. Read specifications, work list and pre-planning job (Sequence of job, manpower, equipment) including plan for one-week manpower requirements.

3. Develop, interpret, and follow method statements and procedures in addition to understanding specifications, drawings and all other disciplines related to project and engineering documentation.

4. Co-ordinate work progress with SRM/PM, superintendent, other trades within his own department.

5. Liaise with Invoicers / estimators to ensure that department and commercial targets are synchronized and met.

6. Develop detailed completion program with manpower loading.

7. Participate in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and provide assistance in preparing necessary reports.

8. Review vessel repair plan, build strategies in order to formalize the optimum utilization of yard equipment and resources.

9. Provide personnel appraisal and training requirement, motivate, and develop subordinates.

10. Provide reports on man-power planning, productivity and job performance to Assistant Manager/ Manager as required.

**Qualificaiton / Experiences & Skills**

1. Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

2. 10 years’ experience in Marine HVAC ducting/ insulation works with at least 5 years’ of experience as Supervisor or Engineer in Ship Yard

3. Relevant training in Insulation/ fabrication field.

**Salary**: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
