Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company in the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost control, and project management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, HeavyBid)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Pay: From AED1.00 per year
