**Spa Massage Training Manager**

**Company Overview**: DreamWorks Spa, a leader in luxury wellness and relaxation, is dedicated to delivering exceptional spa experiences that rejuvenate the body and mind. As we continue to set industry standards, we are looking for a Spa Massage Training Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service by training and developing our team of skilled massage therapists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing massage therapists
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops covering various massage techniques, spa treatments, and customer service skills
- Evaluate and certify the competency of massage therapists to ensure they meet DreamWorks Spa's quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the spa and wellness industry, and incorporate them into training programs
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to therapists to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with spa management to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
- Maintain training records and monitor the progress of each therapist
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards
- Foster a positive and supportive training environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth

**Requirements**:

- Priority is Training managers or Spa Managers coming from Indonesia
- Certificate in a related field, such as Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy
- Previous Spa Management or Training Management experience
- Certified Massage Therapist with extensive hands-on experience in various massage techniques
- Proven experience in a training or educational role within the spa or wellness industry
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team of therapists
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD) is a plus
