Nursery Manger

We are hiring for a Nursery Manger

Location - Dubai

Salary - upto AED 20,000/**Job Duties**:

- Running of the nursery independently
- Filling up the school to maximum capacity
- Handling the staff on daily basis
- Should be able to teach the curriculum and train the rest of the staff
- Taking care of marketing with individual companies.
- Monitoring && promoting the nursery through Social Media.
- Computer Savvy, should be able to handle PowerPoint, windows, Microsoft word, excel, accounting etc.
- Updating accounts to the head office on weekly basis.
- Handling the events within the nursery such as mothers/baby programs, coffee mornings/evenings, family day, Christmas week etc.
- Interacting with parents whenever required.
- Tying up with corporate companies whenever required.
- Tying up with schools for affiliations.
- Producing Monthly reports with P&L account.
- She will work closely with the director & owner of the nursery to make sure that the service offered meets MOSA & High scope Standards and Guideline

**Requirements**:

- Strong English, Arabic written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and targets
- An understanding of child protection issues and confidentiality
- Leadership skills and the ability to support, develop and motivate staff
- The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way
- Business and budgeting skills
- An understanding of equal opportunities
- Knowledge of how children learn and develop
- A commitment to keeping up to date with developments in early years care and education
- The ability to build good working relationships with relevant agencies, schools and childcare professionals
