Responsibilities:

- Oversee and supervise steel fabrication and installation processes.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of steelwork teams.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Steel Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Valid certifications or licenses related to steelwork supervision (preferred).

- Competitive salary range of 2000 AED to 3000 AED per month.
