We are seeking an experienced EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an EWM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our clients' warehouse management systems. Your expertise in SAP EWM and your strong problem-solving skills will contribute to the successful execution of projects and provide our clients with efficient and effective warehouse management solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Solution Design and Implementation:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management requirements and design appropriate SAP EWM solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP EWM system to align with client business processes and industry best practices.
- Conduct system testing and support end-to-end solution deployment.

Business Process Analysis:

- Analyze clients' current warehouse management processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide recommendations on process re-engineering and aligning processes with SAP EWM capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to define functional specifications.

Project Management and Documentation:

- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Prepare project documentation including functional designs, system configurations, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to ensure project deliverables are met.

Training and Support:

- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate clients on SAP EWM functionalities and best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support, address issues, and resolve system-related problems.

Assist in change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users.

Industry Knowledge and Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP EWM and warehouse management practices.
- Share knowledge and expertise with the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an EWM Consultant or similar role, with a focus on SAP EWM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound and outbound processes, warehouse tasks, handling units, picking strategies, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration, master data setup, and customizing warehouse processes.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration of EWM with other logistics modules (MM, SD) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP EWM: 10 years (preferred)
