- Responsibilities:_
- _Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products._
- _Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues._
- _Lead Negotiations for preparation of required RFA's, RFQs, release of payments._
- _Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work._
- _Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates._
- _Confer with engineers, designers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates._
- _Manage the process of assessment of cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops._
- _Manage the overall process of team preparing estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors._
- _Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures._
- _Establish and maintain the post contract process and successfully conduct negotiations._

- Requirements:_
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying_
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of civil structures._
- Superb project analysis and project costing qualifications_
- Highly analytical, conventional, and attentive to detail_
- Project Analysis and project costing software qualifications_
- CAAD knowledge_
- Team Management Skills_
- Possessing a portfolio of successfully led negotiations and collection of payments_
- English is a must, Arabic, Hindi / Urdu are a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
