Luxfolio Real Estate are looking for an experienced Videographer/Content Creator to continue the growth of the Luxfolio marketing team.

You will plan, shoot, and edit creative visual content both property and people related as well as produce interesting podcasts and media including, websites, blogs, and our growing social media channels. Ensuring only the best content is used and add any effects that will enthuse audiences.

We welcome new thinking, fresh ideas and points-of-view. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on cross-format long and short-form content for our engaged social channels, including Instagram and TikTok as well as exciting internal videos that support our team culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to develop and execute innovative content pieces
- Edit and produce powerful motion graphic style videos (including text animations and utilising tools such as Adobe After Effects)

- Utilise platform-specific features and tools to enhance video content and ensure it aligns with our brand and marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social trends, features, and best practices, and integrate these insights into content creation
- Work closely with brokers to understand their brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals, and tailor content accordingly
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and successful content production process
- To be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programmes (video editing software and Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of sound editing and audio equipment.
- Drone flight knowledge and qualification ( not essential )
- To be extremely organised and able to successfully reach deadlines on time
- A fluent level of English
- To thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (4+ years) in video editing and production, preferably within the Real Estate industry
- Proven experience (4+ years) shooting commercial/ social media-driven video content
- Proven experience in editing video adverts for social media ads
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Adobe After Effects or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Youtube, its features, and what makes content on the platform engaging and shareable
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
