**The Role**

We are currently seeking a dynamic, user centered **UI/UX Designer**. The role is a part of a collaborative and innovative design team and will be based in our Dubai Office.

**Qualification**: BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

**Experience**:you should have _**3 years**_ experience with design software and wireframe tools. Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

The main responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Identify design problems and optimize existing user interface designs.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team, and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industry’s most recent trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

**Requirements and Desired Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of other commonly used technologies and softwares: Sketch, Visio and HTML
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
- Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs and suggestions
- A team player and effective collaborator who can also work autonomously
