**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and bring to life visually engaging designs for social media campaigns, utilizing your exceptional creativity, design prowess, and the power of AI-driven tools.
- Develop fresh and innovative ideas that align with campaign objectives and effectively target our intended audience, leveraging AI-driven insights and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and digital strategy, to fully understand campaign requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations, incorporating AI-generated recommendations and suggestions.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, continuously enhancing the creativity and effectiveness of our campaigns with the integration of AI advancements.
- Leverage technology, including AI and automation, and your adeptness in intermediate design tools to streamline tasks, optimize content, and analyse the performance of our campaigns, harnessing the power of AI algorithms for data-driven decision-making.
- Generate high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets specifically tailored for various social media platforms, employing AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and explore new creative possibilities.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects, while leveraging AI algorithms to maintain brand consistency at scale.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver design projects in a timely manner, utilizing AI-driven project management tools for efficient task organization and workflow optimization.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into design iterations, continuously improving the visual impact of our campaigns with the assistance of AI-generated insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise A/B tests and conduct design experiments, optimizing campaign performance by leveraging AI-driven predictive modelling and data analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable work experience as a Creative Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of innovative and visually striking designs for social media campaigns, incorporating AI-powered design elements and techniques.
- Proficiency in intermediate design tools and relevant graphic design software, including proficiency in AI-integrated design platforms and AI-driven tools for enhanced creativity.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout techniques, enhanced by the utilization of AI-driven algorithms for data analysis and design optimization.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think beyond conventional boundaries, consistently generating unique campaign ideas with the aid of AI-generated insights and recommendations.
- Thorough understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, leveraging AI-powered analytics to inform design decisions and adapt to evolving user preferences.
- Experience utilizing technology, such as AI and automation, to enhance the creative process, optimizing efficiency, and exploring new frontiers in design with AI-driven tools.
- Proficient in collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and effectively managing multiple projects concurrently, utilizing AI-powered collaboration platforms for streamlined communication and efficient project coordination.
