Gardening Foreman

Responsible for the care and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and outdoor landscapes. Their primary goal is to ensure that these outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute garden designs, including plant selection, layout, and maintenance.
- Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants.
- Prune and trim trees, bushes, and hedges to maintain their shape and health.
- Monitor and manage pests, diseases, and weed control.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems.
- Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep garden areas clean and well-organized.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for garden improvements.
- May operate Landscape Machines

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a gardener is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and gardening techniques.
- Ability to identify and address plant diseases and pests.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
- Knowledge of garden equipment and tools.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Creativity and an eye for design are a plus.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
