Asphalt Milling

We are seeking a skilled **Construction Asphalt Milling / Paver Machine Operator **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and control Asphalt Milling / Paver Machine to spread, level, and smooth asphalt or other materials on roadways, parking lots, and other construction sites
- Own the distribution of asphalt ensuring accurate thickness and consistency
- Coordinate with crew ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment to ensure efficient performance and prevent breakdowns
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and the team
- Collaborate with the construction team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise during projects
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including materials used, work performed, and hours worked
- Communicate optimally with supervisors and crew to ensure project requirements are met

**Education**
- High school diploma

**Skills**
- Proven 3 to 5 years experience as an Asphalt Milling / Paver Machine Operator
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- In-depth knowledge of operating and maintaining equipment
- Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
