Please note that experience as a Student counsellor/Admissions officer (Sales & Marketing role) for Online/Distance Learning for Higher Education in the UAE is mandatory
- Receive and manage inquiries from prospective students.
- Be responsible for your own lead generation as well. Cold Calling.
- Deliver accurate and consistent information to ensure a clear understanding of the Institute's offerings.
- Schedule appointments, interviews, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students to nurture relationships and address any additional inquiries.
- Support the admissions team in building rapport and trust with potential students.
- Generate reports and insights to assist in monitoring and analyzing admissions data.
- Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, fairs, and other outdoor marketing activities.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for events.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department, and academic departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless applicant experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Gather feedback from prospective students and their families to identify areas for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Propose suggestions for optimizing the admissions process.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and maintaining admissions materials.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
