To ensure supporting in managing entire service operation, maintaining accurate and up to date database to support the organization in meeting key business objectives.

Working Relationship

Key Internal Contacts
- Department Heads in KEZAD - Will act as the liaison point between the account management and the other related departments like (Finance, Legal, Engineering etcetera to handle customer requests
- Will coordinate with the line manager to resolve complex customer issues

Key External Contacts
- Government authorities - Follow up and communicate to ensure timely fulfilment of the department tasks
- Follow up and communicate to ensure enhancing working mechanisms and support the achievement of the organizational strategic objectives.
- Objectives and Role Profile
- Design, develop, and modify data management infrastructure to expedite data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure that data systems are always maintained in a way that meets the organizational requirements.
- Taking the lead to manage data use initiatives from designing to implementation to make sure it serves the required purpose/ studies.
- Implement policies and guidelines for data management.
- Review presentations, manuscript, tables and graphs for accuracy and quality.
- Develop standard operating procedures for data handling and archiving.
- Maintain data management plans and operating instructions for complex business systems and architectures.
- Provide guidance in identifying and defining data requirements.
- Provide technical oversight for integrating new technology or new initiatives into data standards and structures in collaboration with System Management Team.
- Design and develop databases that are compatible with company needs.
- Evaluate the design, selection, implementation and support of database changes using associated business requirements and design documents.
- Maintain internal data asset library.
- Train junior team when needed.
- Ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of all datasets.

Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
- Responsible for commencing benchmarks and brining in best practices to ensure upscaling the operation level to the highest standards.
- Producing reports and providing insight aiding in business decision-making
- Support and maintain efficient, accurate and reliable data on land assets (instant updating of ZonesCorp master plan and GIS following ADM approval on splitting, merging, adding and amending).
- Take care of communication internally and with external governmental entities ensure that deadlines for data sharing are met and within the required parameters.
- Facilitate and provide relevant unit all required reporting to track, monitor and report necessary performance elements and collaboratively analyze to provide corrective actions if any.
- Grant relevant teams’ data accessibility depending on the authority level to ensure transparency and ease of conducting daily activities and decision making.
- Conduct custom data analysis of operational trends and provide solutions for improvements in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Provide reports related to data maturity, insufficiency, and other factors that may affect the quality of the data and provide suggestion and recommendation in alignment with the organization goals.
- Identifying staffing needs, evaluation, training and development in a way that meets the organizational requirement.
- Ensure communication of departmental goals and continually over view the progress performance and provide directions and support when needed.
- Represent AD Ports in meetings with the relevant departments on the related activities.
- Distribute and allocate business activities and initiatives to direct subordinates and supervise execution and delivery by providing guidance and support.

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management.
- Must be skillful in using CRM systems
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
- In-depth understanding of modern database and information technologies.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in managing teams of at least 3 people
