**About The Role**

You will provide both spa and aesthetic services such as massage, hammam body therapies, facials, manicure, pedicure, waxing, threading and other services daily ensuring therapies are performed to five-star standards. This role will also entail identifying the needs of guests and advising on various products and therapies - upholding a high level of professionalism at all times. You will go above and beyond the guest’s expectations, creating everlasting memories, and an amazing spa experience for each and every guest.

**About You**

Ideally, we’d love you to hold an international Cidesco or Cibtac qualification, or a diploma / certificate in massage or beauty therapies. Your knowledge, certifications, and experience of both therapies and spa products make you a professional within this field. You will have excellent communication and service skills and enjoy consulting and advising guests on treatments and products specific to their needs, whilst enjoying delivering wellness experiences from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury spa environment.
