**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Directly manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, including regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of products to facilitate efficient picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity, reduce errors, and minimize operational costs. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders according to established procedures. Monitor order accuracy and timeliness to meet customer expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training sessions and perform incident investigations when necessary.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities. Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed to prevent disruptions in operations.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Address any issues or concerns promptly to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped in optimal condition. Perform random inspections and quality checks to maintain product integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of 3 years in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Stand, walk, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various temperature conditions within the warehouse.

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
