**Student Recruitment**:
**Job Location: Ajman**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other potential sources of student referrals.

**Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct compelling and informative presentations about our educational programs to prospective students and their families.
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of our institution to address the needs and aspirations of potential students.

**Admissions Advising**:

- Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.

**Application Processing**:
**Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Implement effective strategies to convert inquiries into enrolled students.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their influencers.
- Attend recruitment events, fairs, and open houses to engage with potential students.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Utilize data to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and student services, to ensure a cohesive and effective student recruitment process.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials and strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or a sales-related role.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to influence and convert leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational programs and admissions processes.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding enrollment targets.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address the needs of prospective students.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
