Trampoline/rope Course Marshal

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor participants using trampolines and rope courses to ensure adherence to safety rules and guidelines.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.

Provide instructions and guidance to participants on how to safely use trampolines and navigate rope courses.

Assist visitors with harnessing and securing themselves properly before engaging in rope course activities.

Offer assistance and encouragement to participants as needed.

Be prepared to respond promptly to any accidents, injuries, or emergencies that may occur.

Administer first aid when necessary and coordinate with medical personnel if further assistance is required.

Assist with the regular maintenance and cleaning of trampolines, ropes, harnesses, and other equipment.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, sanitation, and customer service.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience working in a similar role or in the recreation/entertainment industry preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.

Physical fitness and agility to maneuver around the facility and assist participants as needed.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
