**What you'll do**:
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of meats according to the hotel's standards and recipes, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- This role involves cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meats (such as beef, poultry and seafood).
- You’ll also be required to the adherence of hygiene and safety regulations, maintenance of inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness of the butchery area. The Commis 1 Butcher works under the supervision of the Head Butcher and may also assist in creating menu items. This role demands precision, skill in using butchery tools, and a commitment to delivering high-quality ingredients for the hotel's culinary offerings
