This role is focused on consulting delivery in the field of social risks and human rights. 70% of your time will be around project scoping and delivery of social risks and human rights consulting projects. The remaining time will be shared between engaging with clients in the Middle East by supporting fielding client queries, supporting other business development activities such as client outreach planning and networking events, and innovating on delivery.

**Role tasks and responsibilities**

Supporting the delivery of current engagements by: o Delivery of consulting projects including the presentation of findings to our clients. o Supporting Control Risks teams in research, writing, tool creation and presentation design to enable effective project delivery o Supporting the identification and winning of new client engagements with proposal/pitch development for new projects o Attending and presenting at client meetings and workshops o Monitoring developments in labour rights and human rights; providing internal and client updates on current developments o Preparing and presenting research papers to support the development of solutions o Maintaining and transferring knowledge to an internal network of ESG champions in other departments, through knowledge-sharing and networking o Maintaining and growing client relationships through high standards of delivery o Support senior colleagues in the development and budgeting of proposals and oversight of budgets for delivery of live projects.
