**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences
- Ensure all meat products are presented in an appealing manner in the display case
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels for meat products
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering cooking suggestions
- Keep work area clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Food handler's certification is a plus

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires working in a refrigerated environment
- May involve working on weekends, evenings, and holidays
