**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and assemble formwork components based on project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in formwork fabrication or a related field.
- Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of formwork systems and construction safety practices.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in construction or safety are a plus.
