Chair Rental Agreement at Lish Beauty Bar - JLT, Dubai

**Rental Price**: AED 5,000 per month (inclusive of utilities, Wi-Fi, and front desk support)

**Alternative**: Revenue-sharing option available at 40% salon / 60% stylist, or 50/50 if the salon provides the products.

**Rental Period**: 6 or 12 month contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.

**Included in the Rental**:

- Fully equipped hair or makeup station with professional tools.
- Access to a shared water station and sanitation area.
- Marketing support through Lish Beauty Bar’s social media and online booking system (Fresha).
- Access to a large client base, including walk-ins and Lish’s existing clients.
- Front desk assistance for scheduling appointments and managing payments.
- Complimentary beverages for clients during their appointments.
- Flexible working hours (aligned with salon operating hours).

**Additional Information**:

- The stylist/makeup artist is responsible for their own products unless pre-arranged with the salon.
- A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required upon signing.
