**Business overview**

The Middle and North Africa (MENA) Global Markets team is based in Dubai and delivers bespoke solutions to clients' hedging and investment requirements across various asset classes - Credit, Rates, Foreign Exchange and Equity. Developing the MENA platform is a priority for Nomura and as such, the Dubai office is home to a multitude of new initiatives. In this context, Nomura is looking to hire an intern for a 6-month period to contribute to the expansion effort.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Preparation of client marketing materials and internal presentations
- Pre-trade modelling and pricing of derivatives and structured products
- Trade documentation review and preparation
- Contribution to the Global Markets new regional initiatives
- Support of macro and solutions sales teams
- Perform various technical and qualitative analyses

**Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required**
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Multitasking and ability to work with multicultural teams
- Written and speaking fluency in English
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Speaking abilities in Arabic is a plus
