Job Summary:
As the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities within our automotive service center. Your primary focus will be on managing the workflow, ensuring efficient resource utilization, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge of premium cars, and the ability to effectively lead a team of technicians.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Workshop Coordination:

- Coordinate and prioritize the workflow within the workshop, ensuring timely completion of jobs and adherence to quality standards.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians based on their expertise and workload, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs and maintenance jobs, providing support and guidance to technicians as needed.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient workshop operations.

2. Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the technicians.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians, providing coaching and support as needed.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all repairs, maintenance, and service activities adhere to the established quality standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and inspections to verify the accuracy and completeness of work performed by technicians.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns related to service quality promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Service:

- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customers receive excellent service throughout their interaction with the workshop.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide accurate cost estimates, repair timelines, and updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their specific automotive needs and preferences.

5. Administrative Support:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of work orders, invoices, and customer information in the workshop management system.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary tools, parts, and equipment.
- Generate reports on workshop performance, including productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry.
- Sound mechanical knowledge and expertise in premium cars, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and computer-aided diagnostics tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
